Why does my back hurt when I exercise?

Help! Why does my back hurt when I exercise?

People experience lower back pain, hip pain, knee pain, and ankle pain from exercise. They may also experience wrist pain, elbow pain, shoulder pain, upper back pain and neck pain.

It may be occurring because of improper exercise technique or over-exercising for your fitness level.

It may also occur because of joints and tissue that are damaged from a previous injury and the exercise is exacerbating the old injury.

It may be occurring because the effected joints are not in their proper allignment. The joints can't move and function normally and therefore suffer abnormal wear and tear. Sort of like a front tire on a car with bad wheel allignment. The car moves but the tire wears out faster on one side.
